Flooded Offices

This office was one of 20 that flooded due to a broken pipe in a restroom. 

The water ran in the offices for a little over five hours. This office gathered the most water, due to it being in the center of the building. There was a good sized puddle gathered in the center of the room. Our team did the proper water mitigation and insured that the proper steps where to remove all water. The carpet was too old to salvage so our team disposed of it properly, the walls on this office had older wall paper which also could not be salvaged, after the proper testing to insure the walls had no asbestos or lead, they continued to do the correct steps and now we are in the process of total restoration.
