Collapsed Ceiling

Safety is one, if not the top, priority at SERVPRO of San Diego East. We want to always ensure that our customers are safe before, during and after any water, fire, or mold loss. 

So when this restroom ceiling collapsed, we ensured that our clients and our technicians would be safe through the entire process. 

This ceiling collapsed due to the restroom that was directly above it. The plastic washer had broken due to high pressure, and water ran for over 6 hours. The weight and the amount of moisture caused the floor to collapse on top of this restroom. 

Our team arrived and ensured that everyone was safe before starting the demolition work.
